Accommodation

The house is newly renovated and offers three tastefully decorated and spacious bedrooms with en-suite facilities. It is a no smoking establishment and pets are not allowed. Parking permits are provided.

Guest Lounge:

Comfortable sun lounge to relax where drinks and light snacks are available.

Dining room:

Charming dining room with interesting decor where a choice of traditional English or Continental breakast is served.

Room 1:

This is a spacious bedroom with bay window overlooking Wellington Road with en-suite bathroom, comfortable arm chair, tea/coffee making facilities, board games, hair dryer dressing gowns and colour TV with DVD and Freesat.

Room 2:

This is a large bedroom with en-suite bathroom, with tea/coffee making facilities, colour TV with DVD, Freesat, board games, hair dryer and dressing gowns.

Room 3:

This is a comfortable bedroom with spacious en-suite bathroom, with bay window overlooking sports fields, with tea/coffee making facilities, colour TV with DVD and Freesat, board games, hair dryer and dressing gowns.

Lincoln House is a member of the Bridlington Hotel & Guest Houses Association

Rooms available from 3.00 pm on day of arrival.

Rooms to be vacated by 10.00 am on day of departure.

A secretarial service is available for business guests.

Contractors welcome.

We now accept credit and debit cards, though for credit cards there will be a 2.5% service charge.
